[Error] Graphical Error (Red Outlines)

Hello,

I am having a graphical glitch that is giving strange red lines around all the edges.. of well everything.

Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9000 @ 2.00GHz, 4gb Ram, ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4850
Temperature is 60 Celsius.

I have already tried High and Medium Graphic settings to no avail.
Thanks a ton for any input on my problem.

- Is the cable from your pc to the screen good fastened?
- How hot becomes your videocard?

I got ATI Radeon 4800 card and i don't know how hot it goes...
Cable is well fastened.

I seem to be facing the same problem. I've updated my drivers, uninstalled and re installed the beta, and tried multiple setting but to no avail. Any suggestions?
