Whats the highest it can go?

I have mine set to 3.. That's pretty damned Gorey... Not sure if it's any different than 2 though... I would like to know as well if it can be raised to a higher level. Although if it get's much more Gorey, I won;t be able to see anything with all the blood and guts flying..

I raised mine to 3, tbh i didnt notice a difference

I think 2 is already max. my guess is any lower settings are just for release in other regions, like germany where the level of gore is tightly controlled. similar to the way esrb rates sexually explicit content in the states, we would need a "SexLevel" setting. probably why the original nude stalker model got some undies for the standalone release.
