Global Stats Reset

So no one actually knows if stats are being properly stored on a separate server and not just transferring to the individual correctly, or if they just completely messed up beyond any point of fixing them? I don't really see why we would need a reset if they are being tracked correctly, just not transferred/displayed correctly. Anyone else feel the same way I do?

I think if the issue was as simple as the main data servers communicating incorrectly with players, they would have had this nailed down already. It's been over two weeks (since they flipped on stats for beta.) At this point it seems like we've got incorrect information recorded, at worst, and random information saved to our profiles, at best. Either is going to require a reset if TWI wants to do their own system any justice.

Oh my...

I thought my jump from level 3 to level 37 was bad. But in the last game I played I jumped from level 37 to level 75!!!!

Initially at the end of the match I went from 37 to 69 but upon checking my stats page I had in fact gone even higher to 75.

It seems to me that level gains are getting crazier and crazier. I fully expect to level 100 within the next 25 or so games, not good at all.

3 to 7 to 23 to 37 to 69 to 75.

i just want my stats to show up well. My mosin stats say ive killed 15 people per shot. Im all for flattery, but that just makes me look bad. Also, im suddenly a lvl 60! Maybe i entered some sort of wormhole and ive been playing the game for months?

I'm at a far higher level then I should.
I would nonetheless like a stats reset AFTER the whole mechanism is fixed AND properly tested, because if one tool is to be used, it MUST be functional.
Otherwise, wipe the whole thing off. Period.

No blame though, only who does nothing does not fail.

Agree on OP, don't mind putting a week of playing to "waste", because I will have gotten a bit better during that time, so it's not a complete loss, but those stats need to be reset. Globally.

because there's no leader board or ladders.

its funny, fourms majority want reset but ask in game and the answer is virtually always a resounding no. least it is everytime I ask on TWI servers.

Haha, yesterday I checked my stats before entering a game. I got killed 81 times. After half an hour of playing (no idea how many people I killed, or how often I killed someone), I checked my stats again and they showed that I got killed 80 times.
Now that's like a reincarnation right there.

Oh and besides, how come I have 50 kills on the DP 28 when I never used it. With an accuracy of 0%.
Or another one: How come I do have an accuracy of 127% with the MKB on 50 kills? And what's that all about the pistol showing me 0 kills with 100%?

I'd like a reset, but not because I care what other people have. I jumped from honor level 3 to honor level 70 in one match this morning and had all sorts of stats/upgrade bonuses, etc.

This really kills the point of stats for me and really makes me not want to play the game at all until it's resolved. Please fix the bug that destroys our profiles and then reset stats globally or give players the option to reset their own stats at the very least.

My assault class saves fine accept the last match when I exit the game it doesnt. So it's pretty much backed up one. Rank 3 and Veteran grind will be a pain since I think exp gain is dramaticaly slower even if you do good.

I'd still say they should wipe or take it out. Stat ups and class up make this game grind fest for no really valid reason. It doesnt promote replayability for vets.

There's no point to a stats reset when there are no leaderboards.

Not every one cares about leader boards, I've never looked at any myself, I do how ever like to track my own progress. Now that I'm honor level 72 that's kinda ruined. So yes there is a point to a reset and generally functioning stats system with out a leader board, to some at least.

My stats hadn't moved until today.
Killed first guy of the day, got 13 achievements, suddenly have 3000+ kills, have destroyed tanks etc.
All BS lol

i cant believe there has not been the slightest official comment on this, one way or the other... expecting us to eventually give up and forget?

my stats have no relation to the games I have played BUT effect the way I am perceived in game (whats the point of a weathered uniform, implying you've played a long time when you instantly get it our of some BS stat mixup,..).

And before people talk about how this does not matter, its a gameplay element THEY DECIDED ON AND IMPLEMENTED... sure I would have chosen for it not to exist but if you are going to impose it on people the most basic thing that has to work is the accuracy of it. Otherwise it just trivializes the whole thing, and if anything shows how pointless and useless having a stat system is!

They need a reset. I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy that they're working for some people, but I ain't one of them.

This is just nuts. My statistics have been stuck for the past few days. Every now and then, I'll finally get a few 'level up' messages on a server but after the map finishes I'll go to check and it reset back again. Then come the random achievements and levels. I was level 69 and had completed the campaign I havn't played for about 3 minutes.

I couldn't give a bloated fart about the statistics themselves, but if you're going to make the unlocks affect gameplay that much it's a royal pain not to be able to actually unlock anything. I can't count the number of times I've been lost a melee due to bringing a stock to a bayonet fight.

I am actually very Pissed now... I have seen somebody make a ,,RO2 Release party`` thread , and got a developers comment right away... I mean Common...

I have all the respect for TWI guys , but comon , are you ****ing serious ?
