Hey guys, need some help with my custom map,

Friend says it crashes his server because it tries to over-wright the default maps, I bet this is an issue with world info, but do not know the solution.
Same thing would probably apply with my second map, but haven't tested it.

Friend's custom server is currently running 4 different custom maps with no problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, and enjoy!

I believe he needs to set up a redirect server as well?
He is going to work on it tonight, and rename it as well.

Thanks.

A redirect server is needed for players to download the map and the map they download must be the same as the map hosted on the server itself. Skillz public redirect generally gets all of the newest maps put on within a day of their release so it works pretty well, though something to note is many people who upload to his server change the file names to be all lower-case which MUST also be done in the server files for it to work properly. Additionally convention among map releases is to have the names of the .kfm file be "KF-<MapName>" which is reflected in the Homebrew folder and the PCServer-KFGame.ini file. So when you update your map, name your released file something like "KF-Gladiator_Arena.kfm" then it will likely be uploaded to Skillz redirect as "kf-gladiator_arena.kfm" which will have to match, case included, the one in the Homebrew maps folder of the server. The servers can be a bit touchy and sometimes the slightest thing even remotely out of place can cause the whole thing to simply not work.
