who drove that tank there?
my suggestions are:
-a sky
-some organic things (trees, grass shining through somewhere, (dead) people maybe)
-dont make it too crowded. why are they defending that corner with 3 AT guns?

A fire which lights the surroundings and smokes like mad. The tank could burn, for example.
Meteorite-like streaks from a flak fireing in the background.
Individual bricks and broken pieces of wall where the wall is broken.
Small puddles of water everywhere to make everything look dirtier.
Footsteps, track-marks and maybe some trails of wheels too.
Small crates behind the sandbags. For ammo and what-not. Rifles could be leaning against them, a bajonette could stick in one. A helmet could lie around with the open side to the top and a bit of water in it, or with the open side to the ground somewhere where it was placed with purpose. E.g. on the crates or on a rifle sticking in the ground on a bajonette.
Barbed wire.
If you want to include dead people place some blood marks too. On walls, on the ground on the sandbags. Don't forget scorch-marks on walls and the ground.
If you are desperate for details you can add stuff like crows or ravens sitting somewhere.

For a non-playable scene the sandbags could use some more polies or at least better smoothing via smoothing groups!
