An individual named HaTeMe has violated the terms of my copyright I hold on my map, KF-Grimpen. Readme file can be located here:

Specifically:

1.) "Authors may NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels."

2.) "You MAY distribute this level through any electronic network (internet, FIDO, local BBS etc.), provided you include this file and leave the archive intact."



Aside from using my level as a base to create a remade version of the map without my permission, he also removed my readme file from the uploaded map located here:

First of all, its not a remake, its a fix for the exploits in order to return this great map back in the whitelist which it was removed from. I was asked to fix it because you could not be contacted. I only fix maps which are forgotten by the authors and are not worked on, but it seems like you are back.

Ive never claimed this map to be my own and my attempt is not to "better" the looks of the map or anything else, Im simply fixing the exploits as stated. What comes to "removing" your readme file, I did not have one in the first place, I only had the original map. And as far as I remember Ive stated in the ReadMe I created that this is NOT my map by any means and all credit goes to TundraPuppy. Ive also said, that if the original author was to show up, Im more than willing to remove the fix I made if they wish so.

Im just surprised how big of a deal you are making of this, seeing that I havent actually done anything but keep your map on the whitelist and seeing your map is still intact apart from a few odd exploitable trees I might have removed. Youre welcome.
