Tactics Getting rekt by Hans unless using high move speed perk

As subject line. We enjoyed a respite from melee-overpowered Hans with the shield break nerf, but now he's back to destroying us even on Hard difficulty. I mostly play with pug teams on my server so I am sure this is to be somewhat expected, but our win rate dropped like a rock and I'm not sure what the solution is other than just switching to a fast perk.

Or have a medic in the team?
idk, i play mostly on pubs and sometimes with a buddy, if others are sticking with their perks i just switch to medic and we roll with it with ease.

We use a medic and zerker then others can try to stay out of way. Zerker is responsible to keep him tied up. Nail gun gets his attention when he runs towards others.
