get kicked by punkbuster every time, PLEASE HELP!

Since 1 week I have problems joining a server. I load the map, go to class selection and then I got kicked by the punkbuster!

this is the message I got:

and yes, I got PB activated in the options menu:

PLEASE help me out, I wanna play my game again!!!

Almost 2 weeks ago I received that message as well. Long story short, I had to manually uninstall Punkbuster and then reinstall it. I do not mean do the update with pb.exe (but I would try that first anyway).

Eventually I was able to join servers again without getting kicked.
