[ger/eng] all perks deleted

Hey Guys, here is my problem :

I "reformatted" my router. After that, I started Killing Floor, I can see in the Menu "All Perks are on lvl 6". If i join a normal Server, all Perks are 6 too. But I play always on my favourite mod Server, but i cant see perks or change it ! If I go back to the menu, i cant open my perks and If I change back to a normal server, I cant see perks again. If i restarted KF, its the same. I can see my perks but If I change back to a mod server - again !

Now, I give my informations a really good friend, and he told me, all perks and achievements are deleted. After I join back in my profil -> all perks are on 0 and 0 achievements !!! And I have about 700 hours ! About 30M Demo... And and and.. all perks are at the end from the bar. And now? Thats not fair, and why? I resetted my router...that sucks !

Can anyone help me pls? >:S

P.S I Cant join in my old profile in the forum, i got a new pw (email) but always wrong -> WTF?

Yes, perks are "unavailable" by bug. when you just played a Custom/moded server if you join a normal game later without restarting your game, you will have no perk levels.

i thought the problem with kf was the reformatted with my router and the ports. thats why i reinstalled steam and killing floor again, but i saw in my library i have no achievemtens and all perks are new (lvl 0)

my friend told me, thats because i often play on a mod server, and the steam cloud -> problems.

Here are some screens, i hoped an admin (masterserver) can help me, because i have nothing now, no perks, nothing...and that with about 700 hours.

well. there is only one way to reset achievements that I know of, and that is to do some pretty bizare things in your system folders. I never heard about any bugs causing permenent perk reset. so I will say its most likely your friend caused it. since it happens that people does some stupid things to eachother. but hey add me on skype or steam. And I'll show you how you can fix it your levels, since I've learnd someway to recover them atleast. but sadly it don't work in achievements department

But I can lvl up my perks now (lvl 0) and all achievements are lost. That was before my friend checked it. if i go on a mod server now, i have no perks and no icons from the perks. if i go first in the menu to my perks, or on a normal server...all are on 0.

i make a short video now...700 hours are lost now :-(
