I was wondering this as well, I hope the system has not been changed.
Between 51, Harry Harris, Boneboys and Rumble Strips I've still not made up my mind who's the best player...
I have 2 questions:
1.
I bought the game, got the a gift from an austrian friend.
Game is linked to my account, but i do not see it in my profile page.
I got the Tf2 hats and Killing Floor Characters, i also see it in my Libary.
The message i got when i opened my gift was " gift already opened..." , second message was "you already activated your guest pass... consider buying the game...".
Do i own the game or what is it with those error messages?

When i own a uncut Version it will not be cut afterwards in Germany ?

I just want to know if I can get rid of my unlocks I got for the deluxe edition while keeping the badges. I wanna earn my MKB and semi autos myself

If they just have them unlocked, than probably the system still says "Next unlock at 15: Mkb42".
In my eyes having that perfectly changed according to pre-order unlocks would be a waste of time, so think that you can still see them.

I hope you're right! Bullet cracks have always been left out in war games for some reason... Bullet cracks make the battlefield nice and scary!

Last week I sent Arkham Asylum to my brother as a gift and he got the same error. I was about to contact steam when he told me the game appeared in his library after restarting steam
