General FAQ - what do you want to know?

With some of the questions being raised, we've started up a FAQ page - clickie. This is NOT meant to be all the details about the game, but a more general Q&A - see the first couple of topics... but what other topics would be helpful to be able to point people to?

"When can we get at the beta?" Maybe - but we'll be doing announcements about that soon anyway and it'll be pointless doing a page on it.

"Please explain what RO1 owners get." Yeah, maybe. Some people do seem confused.

"Australian LV and ratings..." May well need to...

But what else??

Questions about the NA collectors editions, like what the retail versions will give us, also if we will get the same things the steam version gets if we pre order and are able to link it to Steam before we get the actual disk, maybe this has been answered but I haven't seen this yet.

Therefore i can know whether i have to preorder it or if i can buy a boxed version.

I'd like to preorder, to play the beta, thus to give more money to RWI etc, but i want a boxed version of RO2.. to put it near my RO1 box !
and sorry guys, i will not buy 2 copies of RO2 !

You can choose if you want it automatic or manual.

another random question is the jumping over walls, as many will know you would have to stand there for a couple seconds quite exposed to actually get over it, has this system been refined and made faster?

Do I need a steam account to play RO2 SP and or MP even if I have a boxed copy?

It would be nice if there was a page that at least was a general rundown on Unlocks and Heroes. And also if/how classes are restricted per map. If nothing else, just to have something to link to on all the naysayer posts saying UNLOCKS OMG CALL OF DUTY!
I really think MOST of those people are just misinformed and jumping to conclusions. It would save me having to link them to the GDC game-play and tell them to go to a certain time to prove it's CoD...

A lot of server Admins and GSP's would like to know when the server files will be made available to download, so the servers can be up and running (possibly with just bots), before the game is unlocked.

Did I miss something here? Why are you talking about the Vatican?

And also if/how classes are restricted per map.

Classes are restricted in all modes except Team Deathmatch, Gibson said so in the 30min long video, this one:
