Hey I had an invatory item made for our newest map Obsidian. (Map Thread)
These are gas cans that can be caried on your back, then used in a volume only. The gas can item can be changed as well to whatever you want. So in theory you can make an objective that has to do with collecting ANYTHING and bringing to the objective point.

NOTE: Gas cans (or w/e object) appears on the player's back in game (Sp and MP), as well as a HUD notification. You can change the Hud pic and text as well
