I'm not sure where to put it, but art seems pretty appropiate.
Garth Ennis, perhaps one of the most popular comic writers, (Preacher, Hellblazer, Punisher, Hitman,...) has written, together with a few other celebrated artitsts, a great collection of ww2 stories. The bundle is called War Stories vol1. http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1840239123/qid=1144659167/sr=2-2/ref=sr_2_3_2/202-1315376-6310233
It features 4 different stories in 4 different settings. One chapter is about a tiger crew on the eastern front at the end of the war. A great collection for every ww2 and/or comic lover. Volume 2 should appear end of may.
