Exactly. If we've already come as far as to request guns being discarded because there isn't enough clear evidenceWho gives a **** if it wasn't in the exact same time, its a game, why have less guns?
Just cause one guy didn't see them, doesn't mean they weren't there. Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

and that I don't love that it ID's the exact location of every man - it'll depend whether it keeps them on the map for x amount of time or tracks movement etc etc.
That also applies to alot of things on other parts of the war. While obviously it might be reasonable, it can also offer huge can of worms that ultimately reduces the overall level of realism of the game.
With the same argument why not have T-72s, Abrams and some other modern AFVs and some jet aircraft in RO:HoS? More vehicles even though highly anachronic. Sure Mkb is not really anachronic, but it's begging the point how common it truly was. Adding rare stuff into a game should be always done with caution, as much as it may offer interesting "what if?" or supplement something that's in it can be highly abused or exploited especially regarding custom maps or certain preferences.
It's same with the recon planes. Even with the abstract concept how one can accept them in a game like RO:HoS, having constant aerial reconnaisance 'spam' feels like they're willing to reduce overall level of realism just for the sake of it - especially as it acts as 100% accurate UAV with target identification and location based on the videos. Yes, we know the "making more accessible" but how often it equals dumbing the game down rather than improving being user friendly regarding manual, HUD or other stuff?
TWI developers and alot of people will obviously say they know what they're doing and considering TWI is one of those few devteams I still have some faith in, they may be right about it but if there's smoke coming from somewhere there's probably something on fire or otherwise it's pretty damm hot - and how often it's not exactly a positive sign or signal? I cannot read minds or have degree from Miss Cleo to predict what they have put together or know how it truly works out, so I have no option other than to raise concerns based on what I have seen for the moment.
Production numbers were in the thousands but I've no real info on dates etc. If it was delivered for testing on the eastern front you can bet your arse it would've been for elite units etc so giving it to Heroes is a-ok in my book.
This is a semi simulation game, it doesn't need to be exactly on dates, cause then it just gets silly, but yeah, I question too some of the things that are in Heroes.
This was probably one of the decisions to attract more casual gamers and I'm fine with it.
Yes, all the cool kids from MW2 will see the MkB42 and then come over to buy HoS.
