Oblivion has to be one of those for me. I think I'm on my seventh reinstall and enjoying it with some mods without any major crashes, yet. Plus with a 8800GT it sure looks great with the texture mods and ultra high settings. Anyone else got these sorts of games?

Medal of Honor: Airborne because I always wanted to try it again after the patches.
Armed Assault just so I would play it 5min, uninstall it because the controls are crap and next week install it again.
Battlefield 2 because every month a random friend asks me if I have bf2 and want to play.

Vietcong is the only game that makes regular appearances on my HD. I've completed it like 7 times since I first got it nearly 3 years ago. Funnily enough, rarely with the same version. I've bought it 3 times, given it to three different friends, the last two times I just torrented it.

Mohaa and RO (sometimes bf2) are the only repeat offenders on my pc. HL2 i don't count because i install that for mods rather than to replay it.
I'm mainly an xbox player (the old brick, not the bricking brick), but on my PC Flashpoint and UT2004 are practically always installed. Flashpoint for homebrew co-op missions with my brother and UT2004 because it's just generally awesome and because I'm a huge fan of the editor.
I also keep RO installed because at some evenings I just feel the urge to get shot and the classiest place to do so is this gentlemen's game.

Civilization IV - so many hours wasted... also I need to try some of the fantasy mods
IL-2 - fire it up every now and then for some quick dogfighting
Rainbow Six Raven Shield - still need to finish the addons
GRAW2 - still searching for a server with a decent ping
Red Orchestra - only really for the upcoming mods though, the original game has lost its attraction over the years

Wolvenstein Enemy Territory (this still rocks RO should have a tankclass that could be destroyed and fixed at any spot of its trail.) i love the objective based gameplay.
Tombraider 1 to 6+ for its superb atmosphere, leveldesign and most of the puzzles.
Quake 3 for its fast action
Tetris for the ability to keep being adictive nomatter how old it gets.
