Gameplay Options menu: Trader voice options with unlock conditions

While some like the French trader, i doubt they take up the majority of players. Maybe this could work?

French Trader: Default
The Patriarch: Beat Wave 15 of Die Sector (Endless) on Hard or above
Dr. Hans Volter: Complete Monster Ball on Hard or above
Ringmaster Lockhart: Complete Airship on Hard or Above
Gary Busey: Complete Santa's Workshop on Hard or above
Gary Busey (alternate unlock condition): Purchase the Badass Santa character pack
KF1 Trader: Own Killing Floor 1 on Steam
