Hello Tripwire,

i have a Question: Are gamepads officially supported?

Thanks in advance!

Dear Community, i know that Mouse and Keyboard are superior, but i prefer the Gamepad.

they might be supported, but I doubt if they do support it,its just so many functions in RO2 that I'm not sure you can use them all on the gamepad...But best answer you will get here is from the devs itself.

Oh and welcome to the forums :)

Well, Joysticks were supported in ROOST. Never tried a gamepad, but I would think it would map fine. You could try plugging one in, and trying ROOST out to see if you can map the buttons. That might give you a hint about ROHOS support.

Thanks

Thanks

I use XPadder for the first Red Orchestra Game. It emulates Keyboard and Mouse on the Gamepad. I tried it without the XPadder Tool some time ago, but the right analog Stick was not working, if i remember right. It could be fixed in the .ini, maybe. But XPadder works great.

So, if Tripwire do not support Gamepads, i could still use the XPadder Tool.

UT3 has Gamepad Support. There might be a chance
