So, I got this game(rs) a couple of days ago, since some of my friends have started playing it. Anyhow I have been faced with the game being almost unplayable.

I join a server, and if I'm lucky I'll get to actually play some before all my audio gets muted (all applications, even after i exit the game), If that doesn't happen I'll get disconnected because the game shut down my Network card, and only a restart gets it back.

Normally when this happens, if I Alt-tab, nothing happens, game stays on top. and if I then Ctrl-alt-del and try and get up the task manager, the computer freezes and needs to be hardreset.

I added a DXdiag and 2 of the logs so some of you brainiacs might figure it out

You have tried this ? When the game doesn't start it is very often a corrupt download from Steam. Try the following steps:

1) Right click on the game in the steam games list
2) Select Properties
3) A menu will appear. Select Local Files.
4) Select Verify Integrity of Game Cache

This process will take a couple minutes. If any of your files are corrupt Steam will redownload them. You have tried updating the drivers? I like this http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/iobit_driver_booster.html It is free, and automated. Another possible try (if you have Realtek audio) is uninstall Realtek audio drivers, restart computer and let Windows install it's own audio drivers.
