Game over. or wiped progress

Since support just ignored my mails i decided to post it here.
All start with game crush. after that, when i restarted game, all my progress was lost(i tried all i can to restore and no result) so decided to ask support for help. epic games support ofc bumped me to tripwire with words "we cant help you". but tripwire also sad the same, and all other messages to my ticket was ignored. So what for this "progress savings" if just 1 game crush wiped it all?

i dont get why you moved thread to maneater if problem was about killing floor 2. but guess its change nothing. btw with maneater also problem, but its useless to post it here

Sorry, we assumed the issue was related to Maneater and was put in the wrong section. We'll get that moved back.

For Killing Floor 2, your stats are saved on the platform you play on, in your case EGS. We do not have any way to change or manipulate those stats. In most cases for Killing Floor 2, this is caused by connection issues between your client and the platform and is usually cleared up over time, or security software is blocking the games connections in some way.
