The whole "hot springs" scene was silly
"Let's set up camp here in this damned cold place."
"Hey there are hot springs in a cave just next to the camp, where we can all warm ourselves and bathe. God knows we need it."

Well, that scene was in the books, allthough the hot springs were described as not being not easily accessible...
Did anyone see chubby fatboy pick up the bloody knife? I was screaming at the end PICK UP THE ***IN KNIFE!!!

Anybody else dissapointed by how Dario Naharis looks?
Generally I find the hair- and beardstyles quite lacking, as many are described to have quite outlandishly mad up hair, yet they look bland and boring in the show...
That would explain it, however you can plainly see the blade lying there when they run away.
I have no idea - how should he look? Certainly he does not look like a "badguy" if that's what you mean. Than again, nether did that Ramsay fellow lol
Well, if I remember correctly Daario Naharis had a three-pronged beard coloured in blue in the books.
In general I think the clothes and such are always too colourful in the books, so I'm not disappointed with the show being more down to earth in that regard. But when I learned that this guy was supposed to be Daario I was like wait, what?
For once I'd like to see a woman in love with a guy that has a huge beard, like Donna and Opie from Sons of Anarchy
That's pretty much the only example I can think of. The media is always glad to give beards to barbarians and uncultured people, and never to any potential love interest, as if it should somehow be impossible to love a bearded dude.
Also, drunken Tyrion ftw. Peter Dinklage is doing a fantastic job as Tyrion.

Yupp, would definately dig that more than the pretty boy he turned out to be. I always kind of imagined him like a medieval krusty the clown.
Just because Star Trek shows every less advanced civilization as wearing nothing but earth-tones doesn't mean that's what our past looked like.

He had a good beard yeah, but she was also given to him by Viserys, she didn't want him at first. I'm still sad Khal Drogo died, and the way in which he died too was unbefitting of the warrior he was
