I've purchased RO and have pre-downloaded it through steam, yet I have a message next to RO saying "Unreleased"

When I double click RO to open up the game I get a message saying...

"When the game has been officially released, you'll be able to play it straight away"

To my understanding, it was released almost 5 hours ago.
