Dota-much? HoN maybe? or maybe some other MMORPG coz, these suggestions are pretty much something made for those type of games.
True new zeds/specimens would be more challenging and keep the game on fire, but from just reading your post, there's a lotta balance issues i can see from it,+ the amount of time, work, testing to actually implement them is probably gona be...uhmmm how should i say it...... valve/blizzard "soon" and most just deviate from the actual theme of the game. Not to mention KF has its limitations due to it being run on an older engine.
This aint some World of Warcraft shi!t, other than that, Two ideas are actually fine.
Such as the Earthshaker watever, shaking screen + decreased movement speed is something i'd like to see in KF, because this would enhance teamplay.
Playing "Lonewolf" or "Spam-Solo-B!tch" would be incredibly hard with a zed that distorts vision easily AND reduces movement speed ; hence survivability when alone. KF being an FPS game, unlike other games with disorient effects such as "shellshocked" or "flashbang" effects that make you go "oh sh1T sum1 effin help me!" pretty much gives a lotta people balls to go around and kill whore.
+ with this specimen, even as a team, wouldn't it be hard to aim at a raging fleshpoung with constant shakin screens and won't ya be ****ting your pants when you know you can't run away if this type of specimen is around?

Most of the ideas are pretty general and been posted up before + most of these ideas don't seem to consider the actual development workload such as;
How will such implementations affect the perk system? How will such implementations affect the current zed rooster? New coding,skins, animations etc, what happens when bugs arises? How are the current weapons effective against them? how are they gona react in comparison to other zeds, players and in maps? we don't want an "Earthshaker", assuming it being a big zed, get stuck in spawnpoints.
The current zed rooster is fine the way it is, just some buffs would be appreciated to keep it challenging, and of course, some balance issues with the perk system. Such as Jester's suggestions
- Stalker Buff
- Fleshpound headshot resistance
- Sharpshooter nerf
- Female Character models
- Nightmare mode (No achievements though please, I seriously CBA to do Bedlam on that)
+ an SS nerf
