Hello guys, first of all to state my great love for this game since that famous June sell-out at steam that helped me find at last a realism orientated fps game for WW2 that all this time tried to find.

Now to start with my problem, latelly (not sure when excactly) I have been experiencing problems setting the highest resolution (1600something), a problem I didnt used to have during the whole summer and maybe more. I have tried many times deleting the .ini file in RO folder but still nothing.

Btw I also want to ask if there is some way to set the resolution even higher, like 1920x1080. I think I remember reading something about increasing the graphics of the game a lot or something similar but after a quick search I could not find it. Of course I might be completelly wrong about that....

Oh and here is the error report
Build RedOrchestra_Build_[2005-11-27_10.48]

If you recently got this issue you can try deleting the red orchestra system folder and letting it regenerate through steam. You can go to your red orchestra system folder and edit your RedOrchestra.ini file (if you dont see the .ini file look for an icon that looks like a text file with a cog wheel) open it and look through it for things like refreshrates, and disable things that say stuff like "override desktop refreshrate" and make sure mindesired refreshrate is set the same as your desktop.

Make sure that the mumble overlay isnt running while you run a game with the steam overlay.

You can set the resolutions by hitting the tilde key ~ and then typing in "setres 1920x1080" without the quotation marks. If the issue continues, then try changing the renderer to direct3d instead of direct3d9x (visually theres not really any difference)

Ah well, thank you very much for your answer, but I finally found a thread about how to change resolution through the .ini file to 1920x1080 and not just the highest that appeared in the options menu, so I tried that and I dont seem to hav any problem. If for some reason though the fps drops too much I will then use the info you provided to just select the resolution from the menu.

Thanks again :D

Btw here is the thread I find, just in case someone else has something similar:
