Game crashes

I bought killing floor for my cousin via steam. He has problem, everytime he uses keyboard, game crashes. Doesn't matter what button will he click.

can you ask him to try and delete his killingfloor system folder

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\system

and then verify the integrity of the game cache.

open steam -> games tab -> right click kf -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game cache.

Does he get the exact same issue? as before as that issue makes me think one file is simply heavily corrupted.

get him to try this as well: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=30754

(and make sure the drivers are updated for his system and that the directx revision on his comp is the latest).

The same issue.
We will try to do it what's wrote in link tomorrow, because he went sleep.
I just wanted to tell you he has almost same issue in counter-strike, when he uses keyboard, Windows crashes I mean there is blue screen of death(in kf game crashes, not windows) but in cs help changing graphic to software and after few minutes to opengl. Is it possible there is something wrong with keyboard?

Its possible try using a different keyboard and removing unnecessary perhipherials (especially gamepads etc). Perhaps you can try a different usb port as well.
