Game crashes on multiplayer

Every time I start the game and select online from the star menu, the game locks up and is non responsive. The only why to stop the killingfloor.exe process is to reboot my computer. I tried setting my graphics settings and Directx to Directx 8 in the ini. I have DMZ my router and shut off my anti-virus and fire wall. Locks up every time. When I play solo, it will play for a few minutes then it locks up and crashes the whole system causing a computer reboot.

Over Heating? No..

I play Cod4, Cod5, Far Cry 2, Far Cry, Ut2004, Warsow and other games with the graphics turned all the way up. 1920 x 1200 resolution on a 24 inch monitor. Playing those other games, the CPU and Sli GPUs never breaks a sweat. Has to be a setting.

Here is an update. When ever killing floor is started and either I exit the game or it crashes and I end the process, My web browser does not connect to the internet. You get the browser with the endless hour glass. Tried IE and Fire Fox. But everything alse works like TS, Xfire, RDT, ECT. I have to reboot to use the internet.

Uninstalled Steam and killing floor, same thing happens. I installed it on my Laptop. My laptop has same Anti-Virus and Windows 7 64-Bit. Fire Wall and Router with normal settings. It's a gaming laptop so the graphics are cranked up to 1920 x 1200 resolution. Game plays fine... Heck, I actually got to play the game for once.. Kind of fun..... lol But I would like to play it on my gaming rig...
