Front sight post changes graphics

I dunno if this happens to anyone else, i don't think i really noticed this before the patch or maybe now I'm noticing it but i have been using the Mosin like 95% of the time i play so this seems weird.

Front sight post goes from thick and then skinny just by looking in different directions

I think that's the effect you get when your eyes aren't lined up perfectly with the gun. This does happen by moving.

Huh, the 91/30 sights are supposed to be thicker like the top image.

I was just wondering why the post is so thin a little while ago actually.

Yes! This bugs me a lot with the new update and for me it's worse since I get two sights with bolt actions and with the elite rifleman rifles it gets so wide you can't actually aim. No graphics options help, I went through all of them and it was still there.

+1. It's very difficult to aim with any precision at a target over 50m with the semi-autos (especially the G41). There's just no "air" between the front blade & the "hood." The front blade actually completely blocks out a man sized target sometimes at 150m or so. You can't get a headshot because you have to aim below the head just to be sure you're at least lined up properly on the body, i.e., the head has to be over the front blade or else you can't see any part of the target.

I'm experiencing the same double sight problem with the k98 and mosin since the last patch.
I still don't know which sight to choose !

Me too, and they are blury

this annoyes me the most. i cant properly focus on a target when the sight itself is blurry. i hope this is a bug and will be fixed before release though.

Yeah i know but i wasn't moving in the screens, i moved rifle then stopped and it stays like that, then look in another direction and stop and the front sight returns to being skinny.

I don't think they are supposed to be that thick, before the patch it was the bottom skinny version, i have a 91/30 the front sight post is not that thick like the top one it nearly blocks the target if they are past 100m or so.

I have been getting this too.
Happens mostly when zooming in. Zooming out the IS will be thin and crisp, and when i zoom in the IS will sometimes double itself, so it seems like you are looking through 2 IS's at the same time, side by side.

Yeah i saw this happen to me today for the first time, it was real bad made me not want to play at all.

Any chance this will be fixed? I thought the new patch would make it go away but no, i don't get it, this error was not present in beta but present in release, makes playing with my beloved Mosin difficult.
