Cracking job. One things for certain though, if it retained the original K60 2 stroke diesel engine and associated fan drives it sure wouldn't have sounded like a stug! Brilliant job though and nice to see a 434 given a new lease of life. Puzzled about the import to Canada though, if you travel up to Alberta (BATUS) you'll find loads of 434's already in Canada :D

yes all they have to do is add the skirts to the side so you cant see the wheels ;)

That's pretty cool, is that the same StuG repro they used in Band of Brothers?
I think at least one of the BoB StuG was a F430 series vehicle, but they stretched it to get a 6th wheel in, making it look far too long.
I think this Canadian model looks far better being the right length, but having 5 over-sized wheels, than too long with 6 over-sized wheels :D

Actually if you want to get technical they are 'live' track whereas a Stug used 'dead' track.....all of which is a bit irrelevent and takes nothing away from the cracking job those guys did.:D
