Friendly in enemy uniform?

Had a few games tonight and noticed that one time I lined up a Russian and checked to make sure he was the enemy and fired away. Turns out he was on my team. Is anyone else getting this problem where you clearly see an enemy in their uniform, shoot and turns out to be your team mate?

Yes i have it often.

It happens when a player moves to your side on the moment you shout him.

It's not heroes, it's like The Beast said. I find these 'convertor' kills the most satisfying: not only did you kill an enemy, you also strengthened your team!

It's the autobalance. If you don't get negative points for it, then they really were on the enemy team.
