FPS problems

In game im only getting around 20 FPS and sometimes a lot less going down to the low teens around 10 on ultra graphics when i think i should be getting a lot more. I know the game isn't optimized yet but i asked people in game if they were getting low FPS but a lot said no.

Specs:
Operating System- Windows 7 64-bit
CPU- Intel Core i7 2630QM 2.00 GHz (8 CPU's) ~2.0 Ghz
RAM- 8 GB
Video Card-Nvidia GeForce GTX 560M (2 GB of video memory)

I run BC2 and BC:Vietnam at around 40-50 fps on everything maxed out at all times.

On Crysis 2 in the campaign i get around 30-40 FPS when a lot is going on.

Im guessing and hoping that its because the game is unoptimized right now but would like some input as to if anyone else is experienceing FPS problems or if this is normal for my specs.

well happy i know im not the only one now i only get 20-25 FPS and should be getting more!

Notebook video card on ultra? I'd be surprised if you got more than 10-15fps

Disable Ambient Occlusion
Disable Frame Smoothing
Reduce shadows to High or lower.

A lot of notebooks can run games on ultra with no problem. As i said i run Crysis 2 and BC2 on everything max with 30+ frames when there is a lot of fire,explosions,etc. going on. Just because it is a laptop doesn't meen that it can't effectively run games on ultra

I have reduced everything except character detail and textures. Have had ambient occlusion off but it didnt make a difference. I'll try disabling fram rate smoothing. But i think i have already tried that.

FPS is still low even when everything is set to lowest settings. Still droping below 20 FPS... Going to see if any driver updates have come out for my pc and then try again.
