fps increasing and decreasing all the time

Strange thing is when the first beta release came out along with the first map pack i thought the game would come out perfect but after that something happened and even if i play on servers where i have a ping inferior to 50 and even with all settings on turned low the game lag constantly...

I am really really dissapointed RO2 is exactly like the beta without a few bugs...

The fps can fluctuation are normal when you go from inside to outside. I can play this game on medium with my 3 year old rig and I never dip under 30fps

Yep mine smoothed out also, I do not drop below 30 either.

We have a few members who have this issue also so you are not on your own

They have ok rigs as well so it isnt anything to do with spec

The clan beta actually ran better for me than the full release does but i am sure with time things will be ironed out

I have the same issue no matter what i put my settings on. To start with I had it on Ultra, everything maxed out, start out with around 60 fps and then it dips down to 20 fps after about 5 minutes play and just hovers there. Exactly same result with high, medium and low settings. very frustrated

devil, that sounds like some kind of a memory leak or something. FPS fluctuation is regular, but dropping down and staying down is not.

( I'd post in the bug report and see if they want a dump file of some kind )

I have similar issues. Whenever I go into the server my FPS drops like crazy....min later and I'm getting 30-40fps.

Seems like it just happens when I first enter the server.

This is on my Nvidia 460.

I just got a second copy for my 2nd rig (ATI 4870) and it runs as smooth as butter. No low FPS issue at start...nothing.

I don't get it.

Devil, here i notice samething you do, but i realize it was when the server was full with 64 players, that my fps gone 70 to 40 and keeps it

Gpu usage is not steady and it goes 85-60 % all the time.
