FP boss tweak

1)FP boss should spawn FP rather than Quarter-pounds because too easy to kill QP

2)Ground Stomping should stun players around/ higher damage/push player afar prevent the boss keep getting distracted & blocked by berserker .

3)Use the laser more and able adjust height like the Mat laser.

I agree, especially with 1) and 3) .

Imo he should also run faster the longer he's charging because otherwise he can be kited forever by GS/zerk (or even other classes with medic boost).
