Your tactic involves wasting a grenade, giving away your position to the enemy, then turning your back to the enemy, camping in a spot where your enemy knows where you are, and wasting ammo to draw the enemy in, while simultaneously telling your enemy which entrances you are covering, giving him the perfect opportunity to nade you from a safe spot, or just flank you along a different a path you are not covering

Sorry, but RO doesn't have S. Mines to cover yourself doing that tactic, given how as Instinct said it, you can get flanked. And then you'd waste an S.Mine!

Shooting in air to draw enemies near you is asking to get naded to hell and back. People in RO are not that dumb(Well maybe some are but there will always be a smart one that will chuck a nade).

First of all, this is going to get you shot, as the average RO player knows how to aim. Secondly, if there's one thing you don't want to do, it's give away your position. As the second you do this (like Slavek said) you should expect a grenade or two to take a seat nearby.

I have too, but using grenades for bait like a 20$ bill on a string is just plain wrong. If I see a random nade explode near an entrance, my brain goes, "Hey there's probably a guy guarding the other side of that entrance...hmmmmm I wonder if I can safely get a grenade in that room? <takes a look> Nope, not a chance. I guess I'll just go around...Hey if I'm quick enough, maybe I can get behind him for an easy kill before he repositions"

Gee whiz what a fail tactic...I'm thinking this should go in the thread specifically made for fail tactics people should just stop doing. I've had this happen to me so much in *sigh....* CoD. And frankly it never works, I always just kill them. This isn't that kinda game where you can just idly waste your stuff and give away your position (Not saying it's like some kind of 007 stealth game, but your enemy knowing where to shoot is dangerous). Heck I'm a new player to the series and I even know better.

I have a couple of tactics to add to this list (people fall for em every time! )

1) Run out without suppression and/or smoke, the enemy will be so surprised (I mean, nobody else does this do they?) that they won't fire for those crucial few seconds.
2) Always try for the 360 no-scope, especially if you are the last person left on your team (out of reinforcements or countdown mode). If you succeed you will be hailed as a god!
3) Team-play is for n00bs, go solo, you are way stealthier. Also the objectives have a high concentration of enemies, it is better to attack buildings in the surroundings and wait for a lost enemy to come to you!

/Sarcasm... I hate people who do things like this... and I have seen number 2 before, it was pathetic.
