This is what happens when you have too many free time on your hands. I'd say release some media/screenshots to fill us. No that would not do as someone will complain about the inaccuracies of the screenies. Can't do anything to please these guys.

Edit: Are you happy now FlyXwire? *cue excuses about the time and being sleepy*

After reading this thread, and some of the responses and posts directed at TWI, I feel sympathy and respect for them.

Seriously though as long as the beta date didn't change, anyone that bought the DDE version WILL NOT BE EFFECTED by this delay.

So stop whining.

Maybe, but consider this carefully, anyone that bought the DDE should be jumping for joy right now, because their $8 they spent on the DDE over standard just got a huge jump in value. People who said "Oh Its just 4 weeks till release I'll get standard" are the ones that are going to pay the most.

In short, DDE players just got +2 week value from this delay.
Standard players are going to have to wait +2 more weeks.

Some people take this waaaaaaaaaaaay too serious, I mean it's a videogame AND it's only 2 weeks. If it were 2 MONTHS I'd be upset, but meh. I can wait one or two weeks more for the beta. and IN THE END we get a more polished game + after my calculations we get approx. 3 weeks to play the beta. U still mad?

Ahh I already forsee next year or the year after, how we look back and laugh about how all the people kept hating and swearing...

What Yoshiro said doesn't seem to be quite logical... He said that Beta isn't as long as people would have liked, but someone (a dev) before him said that the Beta will be long enough. I think that post has been deleted.

I'm confused right now. Is the beta a long one, or a short one. One day? Two days? A week? A month?

Well, having ordered DE pretty much solely for beta, I hope Steam will still refund me for it after the beta release date has been told, if the beta seems too short...

Hmm, you're pushing back the game because it's buggy... but not releasing a beta... Sorry, the logic behind this is what? If you didn't want people in a beta, you should have called it a demo. If it truly was a beta, you'd be pushing for it to be released yesterday. More people playing = more bugs reported. More bugs reported = more work for TWI. More work for TWI = polished game at release.

Thanks, i am really exited to start playing :) just ignore all the people who keep whining, i am not "mad" about the 2 more weeks, since the game will be better at launch day and less buggy that is good for me, i just hope it wont get delayed another time.

Have you seen the ****storm caused by them pushing back the release date by a whopping two weeks? Would YOU want to regularly post on a forum full of people like that?
