These beta keys that @gameservers and similar put out keeps getting snatched by bots instantly. Not a chance for a humanbeing to get one
These keys were images, so there's no way a bot could have snatched them up. People were just too fast.

A random giveaway page like how PC Gamer does it should be the solution. No Steam sign-in required, just using an email and random chance to determine if you can get in. It's the only way to dish out codes in an un-biased manner that doesn't need to take into account how many hours a person has in KF1, how long they've been a member on these forums, etc.
Watching all these public keys get botted away yesterday really made me sad, and that's a feat! It's really stressful trying to keep an eye out for every opportunity. Sure, you could say it's just two weeks, but that hardly seems like an acceptable position when thousands have access and seem to be having no issues so far. I could be quite wrong on this and the server farms could be burning like Paris, so forgive me if I'm speaking out of turn there.
We should be aiming to find a way to make fans happy. It was on these very forums someone said that if there was a way to get the game into fans' hands faster, it would be done. Let's go crazy and just throw up the EA already and watch the fireworks~

Well its a stress test so it's equally importaint to see if it can handle hundreaths of users at the same time and everything on 21st is all good to go. And as people are so impationed as me there will be even more people on launch playing. So it better be good

Which people are better for a beta which is for bugfixing only and not for early access, the players who probably won't give feedback on the forums, becuase they havent't done it before or the people who are already active on the forums and therefore will give more feedback?
Think about it, just because you played it a lot, doesn't mean that you are a good beta tester.

Same, its so frustrating. I checked this forum every day since the first gameplay revival, but yesterday i came too late for the yoshiro key post. ^^
I like how people gave adequate responses in your personal whine thread, and yet you're still on about this.
I wish I didn't scrap my posts so discriminantly for making sure what I say is usually an actual contribution for all these years.
