my 2cents: the easiest way is to find a clearning and stand still while youre his target and just aim/shoot at the soft spot (its wayyy easier to hit when hes in your face vs. running all around). If youre the one running around, you'll likely miss the spot as well. give it a try. id say i have an 85-90% success rate with the commando and this method. but when it fails, shtf quick lol! usually ill try to do this myself, but theres always people who like to piss the FP off and make things a bit more challening. kf ftw

Decapping enemies - WAD
Decapping FP while giving a rough stab at it with a mere knife - not WAD.
I don't see the contradiction. It looks like the put the feature in but did not intend it to work with a knife.
We need to let this argument finally die. You're starting to look like a "birther".
