Thanks again for the kinds words!

I made one small, final change. I changed the pockets to more accurately reflect that of a German greatcoat.

I guess all that's really left is the first person arms. I'm not quite sure yet how I'm going to pull that off, but I'll give it a shot.

is that skin out on the servers yet? ive been waiting for the trenchcoat version

No, still a WIP. You can check out his other skins if you load the mod in Workshop. Not on any servers yet, but hopefully soon.

meaning people can download the skin on workshop and see it ig but other people wont see it IG unless they download it on the workshop...

Id like to try them in a custom single player game, but im a little embarased, because i cant find the skins in workshop :/ Could someone help me ?

Awesome work so far!
If you were going to change the russian uniforms I had a few ideas. Adding a cleaner version of the telogreika jacket for non-heroes would be nice. Also a brown version of the greatcoat, most color pictures I've seen are much more brown than the almost white winter ones that are currently in game. Adding more helmets in on the winter maps, and I don't know if this is possible, but putting a helmet over an ushanka with the flaps down would be boss.
In general soviets seemed to be much more irregular in uniform so the randomized skin feature would work well with that.
If you were to attempt snow suits I think they would need to be much baggier than any current uniform, they're like sheets cinched up at the face, and my guess is that is more than a reskin and like a whole new model, though I don't know anything about modding

Nice to see the German sniper model with "Zeltbahn" again.

I remember Blitzk. Bob has posted this model, maybe a year ago, in the Community Vehicle Modding Thread.

Would be nice to see this model in game. Would be perfect for rainy maps, or cold and wet autumn maps (without snow) together with the Splittertarn (Hero) Parka.

But the Zeltbahn really need a reskin^^ it looks very ugly, nearly impossible to recognize the Splittertarn scheme.



Maybe there is the russian sniper model with a cap somewhere, too?

do you think it's difficult to animate for SDK ? would I need to know how to model to animate 3d objects ? If i opened up a modelling program I would know how to move objects around, but I don't know how to create new models. I ask because I took traditional (2d) animation in school, was thinking about trying to pick up 3d animation.
