I know nothing about uniforms so I can't comment on accuracy, but these look great. Very nice and crisp and they don't look out of place at all in a retail game. Hopefully TWI sorts out the implementation problem sometime soon and we get to play with these in-game!![]()
Well, I was using both camo patterns on both uniforms just for the sake of having them done. I'm not a historian, so I wasn't sure what goes good with what, so I just made it for everything just in case.
Alright, I'm done! Here's the full album: http://imgur.com/a/yv459
since a large number of camo uniforms were taylor made in the field from tent cloth, and very often different camo patterns were mixed, we don't need to count too many bolts. It is not uncommon to see photos of wehrmacht splittertarn trousers combined with waffen-ss camo jackets.
Much more important is to get them in the game. Since custom uniforms are requested by lots of players, i hope there will be a way to officially include them.
Great just great
But I really have to smile about the camo and white officer caps
Are you sure that everything is done? ^^ I found another camo-typ of the Wehrmacht released 1943, the Sumpftarn (Swamp)
I think I'll stop with the skinning for now and take a break. I want to get some help implementing them in game first before spending more time on them.
TRIPWIRE ITS FINALLY YOUR TURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 years now since the official release of the game, and nearly nothing new and fresh. Give this man pls a hand! Pls in the sake of the spirit of Red Orchestra.
