HIT!!! Looks perfect.

Hmm what will be different when you will do the same work again? I personally have no problem with copy and paste :D

Maybe it was copy from the Deutsche Wehrmacht before ;)

I just would prefer a field grey or grey pullover below the uniform :p

Did you know if it is possible to add a random skin mod into RO2? Like it was in RO:Ost/DH? So there are some uniform variations and randomly a player will "reborn" with one of them. e.g full camo, camo jacket/white or green trousers, or white jacket and camo trousers, or full white uniform, etc.

I'm not comfortable with using someone else's texture work without their explicit permission. Not only could it be illegal, but I also find it unethical. That is why I would rather make it myself. It shouldn't look too different in the end.

As for random skins, no, I don't think that's possible. The texture that is applied has all the different parts of the uniform. However, I could make different textures for all sorts of different variations. The way I set up my photoshop file has all the different parts of the uniforms separated to be textured individually.

By the way, is the white jacket pure white, or is there some sort of design on it as well?

I already made my own splittertarn texture. I'll bump the thread with the results later.

Holy crap dude you are a skin making machine
Seriously though, they look fantastic. Thanks.

Looks really great, is nice to know that you have work hard for a easy and fast reskin now.

Only one thing, I would prefer a dark pullover/sweater (grey e.g.) But everything else looks perfect.

Hope there will be a way to see them online, as soon as possible ;)

Oh and just a very little thing, but you don

God damn, now I really can't wait to see these in game, I hope you get someone to help you put that in game soon, have you tried asking Ducky for assistance with a mutator?

No worries, it was an extremely easy fix. I will update all the other ones with that color as well.

I have asked him, but no response yet. :(

How are the different skins for the diff ranks going? :)

I think I'll start working on them next. I was checking out the different maps in RO2 to see where the parka uniform is used, and I finally realized that it's the hero skin on the winter maps. I guess these camo skins would be a pretty good incentive to reach hero rank. :p

Great job on the skins so far, I am loving them! The good news is that if you manage to reskin the default German tunic with different patterns, they will be applicable to all summer and winter maps, since the German tunic is the same, except for color, on both summer and winter maps iirc.

Yes, however they do use slightly different textures. The winter tunics have a bit of snow on them, but I should be able to copy and paste my work over to those textures and add the snow back. :D

Oh! And here's my WIP with the tunic!
Spoiler!

And here's a little side project I was working on earlier:
Spoiler!

EDIT: Just noticed this comment:

It's not purple anymore!

@SirBurger-there are but a handful of "proper" uses of these German camouflage patterns. The tunics which the Germans are wearing in-game were only produced in the field grey color in real life. The camo patterns were used on reversable winter pants, winter parkas and pullover smocks only until the "44 dot" patterns were used for combat uniforms issued to Waffen SS soldiers and panzer crews. In 1943 there were also reversable camo coveralls issued to Waffen SS panzer crews and these came in 3 different patterns.
