Ohnoes, is that some white I see there from the crappy uv projection?
Would it be too late to remake the UV map into something better?
Otherwise just painting over the edge of the uv texture would fix that but meh.

Also looking awesome so far. Will there be a mutator soon?

imo changing the texture would be a lot easier for the animatior but you could redo the UV

im going to be really busy with school for maybe the next week or 2 so i cant work too much on it, so i cant promise a mutator soon

if you would like i can post the source so this could be a group project

Well it kinda already is a group project isn't it.

I can't contribute all too much at this point, apart from redoing the UV map and making a higher-res texture now though.

I really, really want this in a mutator I'm working on. Right now I have a "flare" gun in there that's just a re-skinned m79. Any chance I can get the .ukx, .u, and .utx for the demo version you posted, Yomommassis?

Proper credit will be given to everyone involved. How's your names on the pickup text (when players pick up the weapon) sound?
