Flamethrower Attack Only

Currently the flamethrower feel overpowering to me. On attack the flamethrower is balanced, it doesn't need to be aimed and it always instantly kills but it significantly slows down the user, making it hard to cross open areas and draws a lot of attention to the user who is usually standing in the open outside a defended structure firing in. But on defense these cons are negated because the defenders rarely need to cross open areas under fire so the slow speed is not an issue, and the defender can choose to stay inside a building or trench so while the flame may draw attention to the user, the enemy will not be able to shoot the flamethrower without going through the door.

I suggest that on TE maps the flamethrower be restricted to the attacking side only.
