Thought I'd offer my thanks for the games I had with Pvt Pile & Pagan last night. Made a good game better having some good team mates along side to compensate for my noob'ish efforts

- New Revenge, Eliminator and Peligro maps.

LOVE THIS GAME


The Sharps rifle (the one that costs 50) is the closest thing to firing an RO rifle. Nicely accurate, and one shot kill.

I was browsing their forum and it looks like they are going to implement a new gametype where the Vigilantes, as a complete group, hunt down one or two Desperados. The catch is, the Vigilantes start with only 25 notoriety or so, and the Desperados start with close to a 100. Sounds pretty cool.

I had hoped that since these are 'bolt' rifles, they wouldve at least been 1 shot 1 kill, but not so unfortunately.
Also suffers a bit from the well-known source lagging-hitbox syndrome.

For someone who claims to be a realism buff that was an awefully stupid comment.

Why? Because a realism-buff cannot under any circumstance play a non-realistic game and think about a better way to balance things?

No. But the action has no real impact on the damage a gun causes (actually it does have, but only a marginal one). And the guns in question (besides the Sharp) only have a fraction of the muzzle energy of a Mauser or Mosin. The Henry lever action rifle in the game is for example a lot weaker than even a Sturmgewehr 44. That's why that comment was stupid.
