As a rule, I dislike anime - for mostly the same reasons that Sepp doesn't like them as well - but I have to agree with Akira, Ghost In The Shell and Cowboy Bebop. Appleseed wasn't as good as GItS - too much animeish crap crept in. Though excellent animaiton-wise.

Love the way japanese titles tend to be just how a japanese would say the name - so its "Faasuto Sukuwaddo"

The problem lies in 'Wapanese' who insist on using the mangled katakana pronunciation, even when the title is in English to begin with. It's the epitome of trying too hard.
