I would consider this to be a reasonably reliable source, with captions describing each picture.
The caption reads (loosely translated):
Humanity and empathy aren't lost everywhere in this stone desert. One sees German soldiers again and again helping the Russian wounded. The opponent, who perhaps only five minutes earlier hit their comrade with a lethal bullet.
It's listed under the category "kampf um die Stadt" or battle for the City (of Stalingrad).
