Firefox 1.5, the final version is out, For those still living under rocks, Firefox is an aternative Browser for surfing the web, and by all reasonable arguments, its far, far better than, say internet explorer, the default one that comes with windows. Youll understand in what way its better once you've tried it. It blocks pop-ups, has tabs so you dont need 10 windows clugging your toolbar (so you can acually see the other programs you run..) And its got something called Extensions, that can do all sorts of things, some even allowing you to block just about all possible ads (yes in-site banners, flash-ads , you name it)all over the net, without ruining anything useful ofcourse
The Firefox Frontpage isnt updated just yet, which means the _big_ traffic can still be avoided, so youll have to get it from the FTP: go to win32 folder, then en_us for the english windows version

To get rid of all banners etc get Adblock plus and the Filterset.g updater
