Summary: Would it be possible to rework Firebug's GetZedTimeModifier so it could work like Support's version? Right now when you trigger ZED Time with Dragonsbreath or Microwave's alt-fire it will not apply ZED Time Resistance on exact same shots, they'll be slowed down until you'll get a chance to fire again but since it takes a while for either of attacks to reload you'll likely waste an opportunity.
Support's Barrage, on the other hand, always provides such resistance and letting you fire without getting slowed down.
The other perks also suffer such issue but it most notable with weapons that have slow fire rate such as Dragonsbreath and Microwave Gun alt-fire.
