Graphic Performance in RO2

Hi, my specs are:

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64 bit
AMD PhenomII X6 1090T (6 cpus) - OC. 4.1 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6990 + AMD Radeon HD 6970 in TRIFIRE
8192 MB RAM
ASUS 27" monitor VK278Q - 1920 X 1080
I play only " APARTMENTS" .

CROSSFIRE -ON set. "ultra" :2011-09-02 15:45:56 - rogame
Frames: 3427 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 28.558 - Min: 3 - Max: 39

CROSSFIRE -ON set. "high" : 2011-09-02 15:54:10 - rogame
Frames: 5664 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 47.200 - Min: 4 - Max: 68

CROSSFIRE -ON set. "med" : 2011-09-02 16:02:30 - rogame
Frames: 6009 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 50.075 - Min: 5 - Max: 68

CROSSFIRE - OFF SET. "ultra" : 2011-09-02 16:11:23 - rogame
Frames: 3719 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 30.992 - Min: 2 - Max: 42

CROSSFIRE - OFF set. "high" : 2011-09-02 16:17:51 - rogame
Frames: 5068 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 42.233 - Min: 4 - Max: 63

CROSSFIRE - OFF set. "med" : 2011-09-02 16:23:07 - rogame
Frames: 6050 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 50.417 - Min: 3 - Max: 68

Software running : STEAM , KASPERSKY AV. , DISKEEPER , TUNE UP 2011.

I think ther is a bad compatibility with AMD video drivers, and i see no "huge " difference between crossfier " ON-OFF". Anyway, bad perform for my specs, and compare with RO1. All of the new games on the market, i can play with on avg of 140-150 fps...

Ok, i'm getting extreme lag.

1 - Grab the latest drivers for your video card. Via DONE

2 - Install the latest build of DirectX 9.0C - DONE

3 - Are you attempting to run RO 2 with ANY ultra settings? NO, TRIED ON ALL LOW STILL 20 FPS

Hi, sorry for my first post.

My specs are: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64 bit.

AMD PhenomII 1090T (6cpus)- OC 4.1 GHz.

AMD Radeon HD 6990 + AMD Radeon HD 6970 in TRIFIRE

8192 MB RAM - 1.6 GHz

ASUS 27" monitor VK278Q - 1920 x 1080

I play only "APARTMENTS".

CROSSFIRE - ON set. "ultra" :2011-09-02 15:45:56 - rogame

Frames: 3427 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 28.558 - Min: 3 - Max: 39

Frames: 6050 - Time: 120000ms - Avg: 50.417 - Min: 3 - Max: 68

Software running : Steam , Kaspersky AV. , Diskeeper , Tune Up 2011.

I think the performance are verry low, becouse with my specs i play all new game on market with on avg of 130 - 150- fps . How you can see, ther is no big difference between crossfire ON or OFF.

Average frames in the map Apartments with no other players: 29 fps (on max settings)
List of actively running software:

I think the extreme lag is the problem, and ofcourse no crossfire support :(

I found disabling framerate smoothing gave me +20 fps. I also turned my graphics from medium to high. The game looks and runs better.

My specs:

Windows OS Version and 32 or 64 bit: Windows 7 Service 64 bit
Exact Processor Model: Intel Core i7 2600K 3.4GHz Processor
Exact Video Card Model: ATI Radeon 5850 Standard
Amount of Ram: 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz/PC12800 RAM

Asus 580gtx 1.5gig (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121429)
8 GIG Corsair RAM @ 1600mhz
3TB HDD @ 7200rpm (6gig/sec)

Apartments: Average FPS 20-30fps
All settings ULTRA and turned on

Programs:
AISuite II (Asus software for fan control)
Asus Smart Doctor (for GPU fan control)
MSI Afterburner (For Resource/Temp Monitoring)
Steam
Teamspeak 3
Nortan Security Software (When disabled no difference in performance)

EDIT:
I've adjusted several settings, and most of them had no change in performance. What did change performance is Texture quality, Lighting quality, and shadow quality, the three things that require a restart after changes are made. My GPU never reached above 60% usage even on the highest settings, and only went down after changing settings to low/lowest.

I'd like to know exactly what files we are supposed put on the "allow list" in our anti-virus programs? I wanna see if this fixes the problems I have with hitting people atm, esp. moving targets at range where leading the target seems almost impossible. I've tried to short, medium & long lead a target at the same range, but I still can't find the exact lead required, although most of my hits on moving targets have been with a fairly long lead.

I'm actually having just dandy performance even for having hardware that's below or barely above minimum.

Getting about 25-45 fps, which is quite playable by my standards. On average 35.

Most of my settings are at ultra, as seen here.

Important hardware/OS:

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 6320 @ 1.86GHz (Way below min)
RAM: 4 GB DDR3
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX
