Will we be able to find other servers while we are already in a server? I hate how you can't in Ost. It is pretty irritating. Will this problem be in HoS again, or can we browse servers with out having to discconect?

You can in Ostfront. Hit escape, then click game controls, then server browser. Problem solved

I feel sorry for any RO noobs these days because they are forced to join the only populated RO servers which are packed full of hardened veterans ...

RO uses the steam browser. If it didn't by default it had actually more filters than it got now
