Final objective crash

Hi guys,

Hope you can help, I just finished the last side mission, everything else complete and showing 100%. As I finished it cached , giving me the achievement for 100% for each individual region, but not the one for all of them or the platinum. is there anything that can be done? :(


On PS4 btw
