Film grain fire artifact

Hello

I already had this issue before film grain was fixed, just a LOT less, and in very rare spots (ie the volcano on zed landing.)
However, now with film grain being fixed, this issue becomes pervasive and obvious.

The issue is such: In the flame effects, in the extreme white part, I get horrible green/cyan pixels. They are obviously linked to the film grain effect, as shown in the attached pictures:

I also attached a picture taken long before the film grain fix (march 2017) where it's less pronounced but visible.

Of course, it's worse when in motion.
