In short, I know that its hard to implement real looking medic job in game like RO but I think that it should be way, I mean original medic mechanics for game.
=======================================================
DEATH SYSTEM:

If someone got "game death", it depends on wounds if he is lie down dead already or not. And that is job of medic to check bodies, sometimes its easy to see living soldiers by smooth moving or "medic word" screming ... But we must return to "game death", if player got "game death" he loose control of his soldier and he wait for another reinforcements wawe. Body is still there for 4-5 minutes, just waiting for medic check.
=======================================================
MEDIC ROLE-SCORE IN GAME:

Medic is light armed soldier with insignias like "red cross". If he find living target:
1. light - medium wounds: using some bandages to stop stream of blood.
2. hard wounds: as point 1. but medic must pick up soldier to near field hospital. Slow moving of course. Or just ask for one team member to pick litter from other side.

I know, why we need medic? Well it should be strategic potention. If Medic save soldiers, team got 1 extra reinforcement wawe for every 4 light-medium wouded soldiers is saved and 1 extra reinforcement wawe for 1 hard wounded soldier is saved.

Of course lot of soldiers will be instant dead. All depends on enemy, if enemy dont hurt badly soldier and medic save him it should force team of medic with aditional reinforcements. :D

I think medic in game should be only focused to the role of healing small injuries to allow wounded soldiers to go back in action immediately.

Though maybe (I'm not even convinced of that myself) if it is possible instead of being considered dead when you die in-game the soldier could be also considered out of combat (depends on the wound) Then a medic could be able to save his life, then the body disappears but is not counted as dead in the reinforcment percentage.
I know the reinforcment percentage can be more strategic on some maps, that's why I thought it would be cool to add another role to the medic :)

This is mostly what you said except that you don't spawn on the out of combat body, but where everybody spawns. I still like your idea but I'm afraid it will look too much like BF2 :/

There is no reason why a saved life should save reinforcements. If you're wounded and cannot fight, you are strategically dead. The army can't use you within at least a week or two, let alone within the same day.

I don't think medics were used very much in Stalingrad, either.

Every idea is appreciated, though.
